We Need Your Help
It is becoming increasingly difficult for CTS to raise the funds we need to support our programs. We strongly believe in offering our programs at no charge to Metro Vancouver youth. We want all youth, regardless of their family's financial situation, to have access to the opportunties our programs offer. Leadership, facing personal challenges, and outdoor experiences in our Regional Parks should be available to all youth.
We hope you agree with us.
So we are asking for help from those of you who believe in what we do and have the ability to pay. It is the only way we can continue to do what we do. We can no longer only rely on our corporate sponsors and partners to fund our programs. We hope you will consider helping us.
Pacific Parklands Foundation collects tax-deductable donations on our behalf. Click the button below and select "Program - Catching the Spirit" from the Fund/Designation drop-down box to ensure your donation is marked for CTS.
Donations made online are subject to a 3.9% fee, paid to CanadaHelps for administering and processing online donations. This fee is deducted before the donation comes to Pacific Parklands Foundation. We think this is a modest and reaonable fee for the service they provide, and the efficiency of online donations more than offsets this cost.
We also accept donations via cheque which of course are not subject to this 3.9% fee. Please make cheques payable to "Pacific Parklands Foundation" and note that you want the donation to be given to Catching the Spirit Youth Society. Cheques should be mailed to:Catching the Spirit Donation C/O Pacific Parklands Foundation 6th Floor, 4330 Kingsway Burnaby, BC V5H 4G8
While not necessary, it would be appreciated if you would send us a short email to let us know you made a donation to us so we can confirm reciept of your cheque or electronic payment.
If you are unable to offer a financial contribution, please take a look at our wish list for a list of items we need that you could possibly help us acquire.
